1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sharewoodeats app and this website, provided by Project Main Street LLC, DBA Sharewood Eats ("Sharewood Eats," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the app.
• Your email address is your username. Provide accurate information, including your name and mobile number, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. What the app does

Sharewoodeats is a directory and map of privately owned local venues. Listings, including hours, locations, deals and events, are provided for information only and may change at any time. We do not own or operate the listed venues and are not responsible for their goods, services, prices, quality or conduct. Any purchase or visit is between you and the venue.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or violate anyone else's rights while using the app
• Post false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person or business, or create accounts by automated means
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer or try to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

5. SMS Terms

Program name: Sharewoodeats account alerts. By providing your mobile number in the Sharewoodeats app, you agree to receive text messages from Sharewood Eats with verification codes and account reminders you request, such as a reminder of the email address on your account.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 512-364-8767.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing.

6. Intellectual property

The app, this website, and the Sharewood Eats and Sharewoodeats names, logos and content are owned by Project Main Street LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the app only for its intended personal purpose. Venue names and trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of listings, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Main Street LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or your dealings with any venue.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
